Who can register .eu domain names?

.eu: .eu domain names can be registered by anyone who meets one of the following criteria; An undertaking having its registered office, central administration or principal place of business within the Community, or; An organisation established within the Community without prejudice to the application of national law, or; A natural person resident within the Community.

What do I need to register .eu domain names?

.eu: You will need an address in Europe to register an .eu domain name.

Rules

.eu: Only letters, numbers, or hyphens ("-") are allowed; The domain name cannot begin or end with a hyphen; The domain name must have at least 2 characters and less than 63 characters, not including .eu; The domain name cannot contain hyphens in the third and fourth position (eg. ab--cd.eu)
